General shopping

Q: How do I change the quantity of an item or remove it from my shopping cart?

A: To remove an item, check the box next to the item listing in your shopping cart (under the “Remove” column) and then hit the “update shopping cart” button that’s located underneath all the products in your shopping cart. To change the quantity of an item in your cart, click your mouse in the box to the right of the product name in your shopping cart (under the “Qty.” column) and drag to highlight the number. Type in the quantity you would like and then hit the “update shopping cart” button.

Q: I’m having trouble completing the checkout process. Help!

A: First of all, make sure you are logged into your account. If you are not logged in, you will not be able to enter coupon codes, e-gift card codes, or finish the checkout process.

Gift Cards

Q: How do I use my Archiver’s e-gift card?

A: When you purchase an e-gift card (or someone purchases one for you), the recipient is emailed a code. Make sure you are logged into the site, add the products you’d like to your shopping cart, and when you’re ready to check out, copy and paste the code into the “e-Gift Cards” box in the lower left corner of the shopping cart. Hit the “add a gift card” button when you are done, and you should see the gift card applied to the order. Hit the red “checkout” button to continue the checkout process.

Q: I have an old Archiver’s store gift card. Can I use it online?

A: Archiver's gift cards, purchased previously at store locations (closed since early 2014), cannot be used on Archiversonline.com.

Coupon Codes and Discounts

Q: Do you offer any free shipping or discount coupon codes at Archiversonline.com?

A: Archiver's offers free standard shipping on orders over $75 before any taxes and/or fees. Shipping discount will be applied automatically during checkout. Discount codes are occasionally sent via email and will be marked as online only. Discount codes can be entered before entering the checkout process, by adding them to the shopping cart window in the box labeled "Discount code” (lower left corner of screen). Discount codes will be valid from 12:00AM (CDT) on the first day of the promotion through 11:59PM (CDT) on the last day of the promotion.

Q: If I purchase a large quantity of an item, can I get a bulk discount?

A: Archiversonline.com does not offer bulk discounts at this time.

Q: Do you have an expedited shipping option?

A: You may choose expedited shipping at checkout. Please note: It can take 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and packed before it leaves the warehouse, even with expedited shipping.

Q: Where do I go to track my shipment?

A: Most orders with standard shipping are sent via DHL Global Mail. You may track the shipment by entering your tracking number on the DHL Global Mail Tracking Site. Expedited orders are sent via DHL Expedited. If you have a problem with tracking your shipment or are unsure who your carrier is, please contact our customer service team at archivers@archiversonline.com.

Q: Do you ship to international locations?

A: Archiver's ships to Australia, Canada, and England.

Payment

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We currently accept PayPal and all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Q: I’m having trouble paying with PayPal. Help!

A: When an order is submitted using PayPal and the billing information doesn't match the information on your PayPal account exactly, it will sit in a pending status until it is either corrected and payment is submitted or the order is cancelled. You will have to go in and send the payment. All you need to do is log into your PayPal account. Click on your email along the top of the page. On the screen that opens, select the Orders link along the left. Then you will see the order with a pending status. You can click on the Details button. When the screen opens, there is button in red that says Complete Payment. You will have to select that and finish the payment with PayPal. The status will change to pending and the order will come into our warehouse to being processing.

Returns

Q: What is the Archiver's return policy?

A: If you are unhappy with your product, we are happy to take it back. You may return your product in the original, unopened package within 45 days for a full refund. Shipping charges are not refundable and you are responsible for the return shipping charges. Please contact customer service for a return authorization number (RA #) and the address to ship your returned product. The RA # must be clearly visible on the outside of each returned carton. You must also include your packing slip with your returned items. Please note: With the exception of defective merchandise, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened/used at this time.
